Enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea in a welcoming atmosphere. You will find a well-maintained and modern chalet in a family-friendly holiday park. The following additional costs are to be paid directly to the park operator upon arrival: parking fees, waste disposal charges, and a fee for dogs are each available for an extra charge and will be billed separately. This 40 m² apartment in Aachen welcomes up to 2 guests and features a spacious living and sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed. The small kitchenette in the hallway is equipped with all essentials; dishes are washed by hand. Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences and a TV are available. The apartment is step-free and offers a barrier-free interior design. An elevator ensures convenient movement within the building. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible. Enjoy relaxing moments on your private, covered terrace with your own outdoor area. A monitored parking space at the house is available for your vehicle and can be used for an additional fee upon request. Pets are welcome. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
