This 40 m² apartment in Aachen welcomes up to 2 guests and features a spacious living and sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed. The small kitchenette in the hallway is fully equipped with all essentials; dishes are washed by hand. Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences and a TV are provided. The apartment is step-free and offers an accessible interior design. An elevator ensures easy movement within the building. Public transport is nearby and easily accessible. Enjoy relaxing moments on your private, covered terrace with your own outdoor area. A monitored parking space is available at the house and can be used for an extra fee upon request. Pets are welcome. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Please be aware that the city of Aachen charges a tourist tax, which must be paid on site to the host.
